In observance of Independence Day, Recreation & Parks administrative offices and recreation centers are closed today, Friday, July 3. All locations will resume normal operating hours on Monday, July 6. Salem Lake will open as usual today, Friday, July 3, but will have reduced hours on Saturday, July 4. On Saturday, Salem Lake will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Kayak rentals will stop at 2:30 p.m., and all water-related activities will end at 4:30 p.m. This closure does not affect pools, Historic Bethabara Park, or the golf courses.
