Meet Biscuit! 🤭 This sweet 7-year-old girl has spent her life as a beloved family companion. Since she was just a puppy, Biscuit has lived indoors with her family, sharing her home with children, other dogs, and even cats. According to her previous owner, Biscuit is house-trained and knows some basic cues. She has experience with children of all ages and has been described as kind, adaptable, and easy to live with.🤩 Like many enthusiastic dogs, Biscuit can pull on leash when she's excited. A little practice and consistency will help her polish those walking skills, but her previous owner reports that she's otherwise a well-mannered companion who has successfully lived in a home for years. Taylor Neighborhood Center on June 15, 22, & 29 at 6 p.m. Registration required. 🗓️ In observance of Juneteenth, Recreation & Parks administrative offices and recreation centers will be closed on Friday, June 19. All locations will resume normal operating hours on Monday, June 22. This closure does not affect pools, Historic Bethabara Park, the golf courses, or Salem Lake. 🗓️ Enjoy a kid-free night! 🇩🇪 Germany WC Watch Party 🇩🇪 Sunday June 14, 1 PM Let’s cheer on our adopted hometown team for their initial match. We’ve got an awesome German experience lined up for y’all too. 🇩🇪 We kick it off with German Mike’s Food Truck serving up supper from 1-7 PM. ⚽️ Then of course we are showing the game on both TVs with the sound on the overhead speakers at 1 PM. 🍺 No German watch party would be complete without beer, so we will have four authentic German beers on tap for the day: @paulaner Pilsner, @frueh_koelsch Kolsch, @ayinger_privatbrauerei Weisse, and @hacker_pschorr Dunkel . All off these beers will be available in pint pours ($7) OR in liter stein pours ($10). *** Bring your washed/clean BROUWERIJ DUBOIS STEIN to take advantage of the stein price. A limited number of Paulaner steins will be available for free when we open. A limited number of BD steins will be available for purchase with beer fill for $25. *** Plus, we’ve got some amazing free swag and stuff to give away.
