Arcobrau, Mooser Liesl Helles, Lager, 5.3%… – Brewed perfectly with special malt varieties and natural hops, this Bayrisch Helle makes beer enjoyment an incomparable taste experience. Birdsong, Cosmic Debris, IPA 6.5% – Inspired by the Zappa hop’s namesake, Cosmik Debris takes you on a flavor journey as twisting as one of Frank’s solos with distinct notes of passionfruit and mango. Fat Orange Cat, Baby Kittens, Hazy IPA 6.5% – A lovely hazy pale yellow brew with a tiny hint of sweetness on the nose. Up front we find a relaxed medley of fresh citrus, mangos, and pineapple. It finishes with a hint of pine and invigorating grapefruit with just enough bitterness to cleanse your palette and invite you back for another sip. New Sarum, Hurley Park, Blood Orange Wheat 6% – Red and pale malted wheat, aromatic hops, lemon grass and orange peel gives this ale a unique twist on classical wheat beers. The addition of blood oranges late in the brewing process yields an unmistakable conflict of sweet and tart, resulting in an amazingly enjoyable beer. New Anthem, Miles Ahead of You, Sour Ale 6% – Super Fruity Sour Ale with Apricots and a Hint of Key Lime. New Wines this Week!! De Kline Wjin Koop, Debutant, Semillon, South Africa – Notes of nuts, floral hint of honeysuckle, accompanied by limey, zesty freshness on the finish. Suggested Food Pairings: Soft Cheeses Castaño, Monastrell Tinto, Spain – Of a shiny medium intensity red color, it shows clean and bright. It follows a rich fruity nose, loaded with sweet candy aromes. It is not less intense on the palate, the ripe red fruit returns along with some elegant spicy notes. Full-bodied and tasty sweet tannins. Suggested Pairings: Roasted meats, medium cured cheese. Semeli Feast, Moschofilero, Greece – Transparent light yellow colour with golden hues. Intense on the nose, with typical aromas of citrus fruits and roses. Well balanced palate, with mild acidity and smooth finish. Suggested Food Pairings: Roasted Vegetables, Greek Food Buffelsfontein, Pinotage, South Africa – 100% Pinotage made from grapes that are grown in a mixture of worn granite and Hutton soil roughly 130 meters above sea level. It boasts a distinctive flavour profile consisting of an array of flowers, Cape fynbos, red berries, cherries and spices. Suggested Food Pairings: Lamb, BBQ Salwey, Pinot Gris, Baden, Germany – Made from a blend of different vineyards, mainly grown on loess soils with its musts weights classified as Kabinett. A tiny amount of residual sugar (1.5 g/l) gives the wine a balancing weight to the huge acidity (6.1g/l). Lively and intense lemon, green apple and smoky minerals.
