LOW BEER ALERT Children of the Cosmos is almost gone! Swing by today for $3 Half Pours and Run / Walk Club at 6:30pm. Our second journey into the juicy world of Cosmic Punch yeast, this time propogated from our first foray, Cosmos Within. Much like its predecessor, this IPA teems with tropical fruit flavors, with the help of Saaz in the mash, Amarillo and Simcoe in the whirlpool, and a dry-hop of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Revolution Blend. This time, tropical fruit flavors are balanced by floral and herbal counterpoints, creating something truly celestial. “We are, in the most profound sense, children of the cosmos” – Carl Sagan
