New Beers thi…s Week! Brown Truck Brewing, No. 10, American Lager, 3.6% – Crisp, light, and crushable–No. 10 is more than your average lawnmower beer. Precisely crafted and cold-lagered, this refreshing and clean American-style lager is perfect for smooth cruising or relaxing on the beach Praire, Struck by Lightning Bit by Cobra, Triple IPA, 11% – Triple IPA hopped with Columbus, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc. Weldwerks, Evil Haze Factory, IPA, 8.2% – Brewed with an obscene amount of hops, this beer is packed, and we mean PACKED, with delightful aroma and flavor, and delivers a soft and pillowy mouthfeel. To round it all out, expect notes of citrus, peach, passion fruit, and mango, with the teensiest hint of pepper. Trillium, Fort Point, Pale Ale, 6% – American pale ale balances light, crisp, malt character with an abundance of hop-derived aromatics and flavors from the use of Citra and Columbus. The fragrant nose is fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and peach. Bold flavors of pineapple and mango mix with dank notes of zesty citrus and fresh pine needles. Drekker, Wild Prrrty Cola, Sour Ale 6.4% – Wild PRRRTY Cola is loaded up with delicious sweet & tart cherry and cola syrup to make all of your cherry cola dreams come true!s ale! La Celia Malbec Cabernet Franc Blend Reserva 2020, Argentina – The Cabernet expression is a nice partner in this Malbec blend which offers stirring flavors of mint, fresh herbs, red berries and bitter chocolate. Suggested Food Pairings: Lamb, Beef dishes PorcaLoca! – Romagna DOC Sangiovese Superiore, 2022, Italy – It is a subtle wine and pleasant to drink, with fruity notes in the mouth. Suggested Pairings: Salami, Light Snacks Domaine du Joncier Regard Lirac, France – This complex blend opens with aromas of black fruits and spices. On the palate, flavors of red fruit are accompanied by hints of leather. Ample with silky tannins, this bottle is intense, but well-balanced.
