In case you missed it, we released Depths of My Mind, our newest barrel aged sour this week! Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Botanist & Barrel, we took a couple of their used wild cider barrels and filled them with a Saison, freshly picked blueberries, and our house Brett blend. Nearly three years later, we added hibiscus and lemon peel to the mix.
