Here’s a throwback Thursday for you to get you excited about this evening! 12 years ago at The State Line Theater in Falls Church VA with Bob Margolin on Supro Pocket bass, Chuck Cotton on drums and me on guitar. This was during my Little Richard inspired pompadour period, man it was a lot of work to maintain that thing! We were opening act and the rhythm section on this nite for the legendary guitarist Hubert Sumlin. Getting to meet and play with Hubert several times is still one of the things I’m most thankful for since I picked up a guitar, what a true originator and beautiful person.
