In July, we laid eyes on her for the first time, and we knew instantly that our hearts belonged to her. The moment Penny saw us, she scurried over and made herself at home on our laps and chests. A cuddle bug from the very beginning, she has grown to be such a beautiful cat with a large personality to match. She loves to give kisses, sleep together with her humans, and spends lots of her time chirping at birds with her older brother, Chief. Not only did she change my partner and I’s life, but also his. Since adopting Penny, Chief has become an entirely new cat, brimming with energy, curiosity, and a newfound confidence now that he’s got his sister to lean on.
