City With Dwellings is taking a nontraditional approach to ending homelessness one person at a time because Ruth Cole Burcaw, the Executive Director says the solution isn’t one-size-fits-all. “What works for Bob might not work for Joe and vice versa, so we work hard to provide solutions that are personalized for them.” The organization is able to house people in its community center, serving as a safe space for people to find help and get the support they need to begin findin…g a permanent home.
