R&D Brewing, Seven Saturdays, IPA, 6.2% – IHopped with equal quantities of Citra & Mosaic in the brewhouse & fermenter. Slightly golden in color with notes of grapefruit, mango & passionfruit. Classically brewed providing a perfectly balanced bitter and sweet finish. Town Brewing, Emotional Support Badger, ESB, 11% – Known for its balance and the interplay between malt and hop bitterness. This beer from Town Brewing is brewed with all Carolina malt.. Widowmaker, The Botanist, IPA, 8% – Brewed with 2-row, white wheat, and a blend of both flaked and malted oats, as well as a blend of fresh Citra, CTZ, Simcoe, Amarillo, and some NZ Motueka, this beer is layered with luscious and fragrant notes of tangerine and pineapple, followed by a dense, resinous finish.. Foothills, Dash City, Lager, 4.5% – Dash City is a classic lager beer brewed with Winston-Salem in mind. It is light and crisp with a slight malt sweetness and dry, clean finish. Drekker, Wild Prrrty Cola, Sour Ale 6.4% – Wild PRRRTY Cola is loaded up with delicious sweet & tart cherry and cola syrup to make all of your cherry cola dreams come true!s ale! New Wines this Week!! Ziobaffa Pinot Grigio, 2021, Sicily, – Plump and juicy, a light-bodied, zesty white, with tangy avors of Meyer lemon, Honeycrisp apple, pickled ginger and stone. Suggested Food Pairings: Pasta in a cream sauce PorcaLoca! – Romagna DOC Sangiovese Superiore, 2022, Italy – It is a subtle wine and pleasant to drink, with fruity notes in the mouth. Suggested Pairings: Salami, Light Snacks Le Jade, Picpoul de Pinet, France – Aromas of honeydew melon, lemon, and thyme lead into flavors of pear and sea salt. It’s bone dry and crisp.
