The traditional pilsner base is softened by a dry-hop of Saphir and Spalter Select, which lend slight herbal, floral, and spice notes to the light bodied beer. The resulting beer is as drinkable as it is interesting. It’s named after the Angelo family who built our building, ran Angelo’s Wholesale for decades, and hailed from Como, Italy. abv. 5.2%
