Crooked Run Fermentation, Gryphon, English Golden Ale, 3.9%… – A classic pub ale, lightly hopped with EKG and bramling cross hops. Medium bodied with a silky mouthfeel from a generous addition of oats. Notes of scone crust, cracker, lemon spritz, dark berry, honey, thyme, and a touch of earth. Burial Beer Co, Pull Me Back into Myself, Pale Ale, 5% – A simple yet elegant sipper, for evenings on the road. Made with Mosaic, Cashmere and Amarillo. Finished with Cryo. BRLO, German IPA, 6% – A reinterpretation of the classic India Pale Ale is brewed with 100% German ingredients. Hops from the Hallertau, malt from Franconica, and Berlin water combine in a deep amber package. The addition of dark malt brings dulcet notes of caramel which are balanced out by ripe red fruit and spiced aromas from German hops Polaris, and Hüll Melon. Cascade Brewing, Roadside Chai, Sour Ale, 8.5% – Roadside Chai features sour red ale aged in oak wine barrels and foudres for up to two years then infused with our own masala chai spice blend. Like the traditional masala chai (meaning “spiced tea”) served from road side stalls across India, this limited release offers flavors of black tea, cinnamon, clove, peppercorns, cardamom, ginger and vanilla complemented by the roasty, dark fruit notes of the base beer. New Anthem, Gigging Alone, California Common, 5.2% – California Common Style Lager. Bread crust and Crackery grains. New Wines this Week!! Occhipinti, SP68, Bianco, Sicily – an aromatic and elegant white wine. The nose presents memories of Mediterranean herbs and white flowers accompanied by a fruity note that combines aromas of pink grapefruit, lychees and white peaches. On the palate it is a light and frank wine, with a fresh and almost herbaceous note and with a dry finish. Suggested Food Pairings: Rice dishes, Aperitif, Charcuterie, Salads, Seafood Occhipinti, SP68, Rosso, Sicily – a blend of Frappato and Nero d’Avola, named after a highway near Arianna’s home town of Vittoria. With bright aromatics of raspberry, cherry and garrigue, this is a year-round red wine to serve slightly chilled. Suggested Pairings: Grilled Lamb Chateau Lynch-Bages Blanc de Lynch-Bages, Bordeaux, France – Flowers, lemons, white peach, orange rind, white flowers and spice show in the nose and on the bright, citrus, pear and green apple filled palate. Suggested Food Pairings: Pork, Chicken Cour des Templiers, Margaux, France -Remarkably aromatic and sophisticated wine. Its palette extends from black fruits to spices through liquorice.
