This week’s featured burger is the Southwestern Brisket Burger. Our burger topped with dry rubbed, slow cooked, beef brisket. Brushed with our BBQ sauce, smoked cheddar cheese, thinly sliced, deep fried okra and apple-jalapeño chutney on Texas toast. Served with a side of seasoned waffle fries and mesquite ketchup. Paired with Nothing But Blue Sky from New Anthem Beer Project.
