This week’s featured burger is the Mushroom & Swiss Burger. Our burger topped with grilled mushrooms, Swiss cheese, fried shallot strings and a rosemary-dijon aioli on a toasted brioche bun. Served with a side of smoked gouda mac and cheese bites with jalapeno apple butter. Paired with Shiver and Say from Steel String Brewery.
