Our burger between two fried corn tortillas, topped with a Monterey jack cheese blend, black bean spread, shredded lettuce, lime-sour cream, pico de gallo and spicy taco sauce. Served with a side of fried Mexican corn fritters with a cilantro-lime aioli. Paired with Gang of Blades from Burial Beer Company.
