The YMCA of Northwest North Carolina is a great resource in our community, not only as a place to strengthen your physical fitness, but as a hub for meeting local needs. The organization’s new REACH program is one example, which will provide after-school care, health services, classrooms, a food pantry, and a teaching kitchen at the Winston Lake facility.
