Swimming at Hanging Rock Lake will be CLOSED until August 10th due to lack of available life guards. Boats and Canoes will still be available for rent to go out onto the Lake. Sorry for any inconvenience, Moratock Park is available for swimming in the Dan River at 1077 Sheppard Mill Road. You can also find an additional Dan River Access point in Pitzer Road.
