Molasses Demonstration with Snow Creek Nursery: Grinding and making Molasses from grinding down the sugar cane into a fine liquid running it down hill to the vat where it will take 6 hours or longer to heat, mix and form a consistency that drips off of the paddle in a thick “sheet” instead of a liquid. Folks who sit around and make molasses in the early fall days have a lot of time to talk, enjoy a nab and pop break and just shoot the breeze while making the fine gold tasty molasses they know so well. #StokesROCKS
