Racial Justice in Urban Planning: Reparative Planning in Winston-Salem, hosted by the Truth, Reconciliation, and Reparations of Forsyth County Thursday 11/4 | 12:30 – 1:30 pm via Zoom Reparative Planning is a new concept in Urban Planning that provides action through transformational policies and systemic/structural reform to redress past public policy trauma. In this free webinar, Rev. Willard Bass will facilitate a conversation on how we can start implementing equitable planning strategies in Winston-Salem, and explore the issue of repairing past wrongs from racist policy decisions, including neighborhood deconstruction from highways and urban renewal. #undesignWS
